I have a bench and free weights ranging from 4-20kg (2 of each). What are the best exercises to bulk triceps, biceps, shoulders and pectorals?
How many in each rep and how many reps are recommended?

If you do a search under "muscle building", you'll see a VERY comprehensive thread covering all aspects of weight training.
It was on here about 4 months ago.
