This happened lastnight as I was on my way home down the M3 - near Fleet services.

I was doing around 70mph (I always slow down for a *** ) and was in the middle lane. I noticed in my rear view mirror that there was a new 7 series BMW steaming up the outside lane when all of a sudden he ducked into the gap behind me and slammed on his anchors (he had the look of a startled bunny on his face!) Then a silver TT shot past doing what must have been 90-100mph!

I then pulled out as I was catching the traffic infront of me up only to see the TT pullin off at Fleet Services with a fookin' space-saver spare on the front offside. What an ****!!

Is it just my imagination or shouldn't you stick to about 40/50mph with one of those things fitted???

Yep, they're rated at 56mph maximum. Look on the bright side: he's risking f**king his diff and 4wd mechanism because of the different rolling diameter of the space saver

...yep, that beats the two (illegal-looking!) immigrants in a smokey old Daishatsu Charade weaving in and out / cutting people up on M3 yesterday morning!!
