LOL. Isn't this thread title a contradiction in terms?

Been a few years since I was in Newcastle but I think there is an NCP here (where the arrow is)

St. James Park is in the top left square on Barrack Road (the large space) about 2 mins walk down Gallowgate

This was a few years ago - they broke the drivers side window with a brick(!) and tried to pull the stereo out (even left footprints on the dash they were pulling that hard), then just gave up & left it - there was nothing else in it!

It was a Subaru Legacy they broke into, near the university...I was visiting some friendswho had gone to newcastle uni......its a bloddy long drive home with no window in January.....

the local smack heads target the uni car parks as they think all students are rich!!!,i personally wouldn't leave my scoob anywhere in the town centre unless it was a 24 hour patroled car park like the NCP.

there is nothing worse than coming back to your car and finding some d1ckhead has damaged it.

safe parking in Newcastle?

Try Torquay Railway station carpark, then it's only a short matter of 5 hours on the trains.
