No Puff, you can't sack someone for refusing to sit on a window ledge above canary wharf and shoot pigeons when they were originally employed to drive a van

Sorry - cant be any more help

I have used a Baxter Caulfield before for both employment issues and personal litigation and they have always won. Contact is a guy called Paul Booth 01484 519519. Depends where in the country you are as they are based in Huddersfield. Although i live just outside of Bath I use them for 2 reasons 1) they are bloody good 2) they are considerably cheaper then law firms down south!!

feel free to contact me if you want any further information.

Puff

I used Kuit, Steinart & Levey - Sally Bird. 0161 832 3434

Won my case for me last year - very cool and collected. Bit of an assasin - scary for the firm!!

Red face

And just WHY can't the scoobynet massive solve this little problem???

We've broken/mended relationships, solved third world debt, ended wars... started wars, shown just how usless governments are..... but now it seems we're NOT good enough to solve a minor little employment law problem!!

Puff have a flaming word with yourself !
