I have been sent this recording.. which is a ringtone. I only have an mp3 though.. I know it's a long shot, but is there a tool of some sort that could turn this into a ringtone?

Alternatively, try switching your phone to silent vibrate mode. That way, the people in the immediate vicinity won't hate you.

 

never understood this? why does matching a state of the art bit of mobile communications (mobile phone) with a beep sound last heard by rolf on his stylophone, get ppl going? i know its big biz! just seems odd!
