Racing and Rally schools
#1
Probably been asked a 1000 times but what the hell
Im looking for a very good racing or rally school for a present
Can anyone sugest any good schools (Midland area if poss)
Been to Bill Gwynne (impreza challenge) very good day but im not looking at spending that much.
I would prefer formula ford or vauxhall (Oulton park is looking good)
Richard.

Cleaned the wheels last week with a toothbrush. Took ages and covered me in road grime
There is a place at Mallory Park that might be worth looking into. Not been there racing or rallying, but we did go there for a works team building day doing a variety of off road things (land rovers, karts, quads, dune buggies) and it was a really good day out.

Avoid the Silverstone Rally School (that are not part of the Silverstone Circuit, just existing off the name and people like me who book by mistake). Crap cars (Escort MkII) and circuit, good instructors through.

Escort MkII crap????? What????
Out of all of the rally schools I have had the pleasure to be instructed on, the most fun was in the Escorts, the fun you have with them being rear wheel drive is never ending
