O.K everyone, this one is for parents really......just got Harrisons SATs results which he achieved 2,2A,2B and some 3`s....the question is what the bludy hell does it mean as there are no explanatory notes with this report.
How does the grading work? Anyone got any answers?
Oh, by the way he is in YR2,

They're done in levels, can't remember what the numbers for year 2 are, but Year 6 is definetly up to 5, i think Year 2 is about 3, so 3s are excellent.
They're very wierd, and I dont know where the letters come in, I just remember my Year 6 results (straight 5s, I rule ), and mean jack.
Dunno if that helped, probably not, but i got to brag about my results (ok, so it was 5 years ago...)

Cheers Andi, have also posted on `Muppets` and 3 looks good.......don`t know why they have to confuse things by going backwards. Hope this league tables thing gets more understandable as they get older.....but I bet they don`t......bit like the whole education system at the moment........`a joke`.
