hello hello, whats this shouting, we'll have no trouble here, this is a local thread for local people! does anyone know if or when a new series is due??
ive seen the repeats more times than i care to mention, and watched the live dvd the other day. anyone have any info?

We were at a small boat festival the other week and for the evenings *entertainment the organisers had laid on a performance by a travelling theatre company. Me and Chris (above) spent the entire performance round the back of the marquee comparing them to 'Legs Akimbo' and killing ourselves laughing. You had to be there...

Yep, new series in sept, a few months ago they were filming in the next town to us(Bacup) apparently they've got some new characters and a cinema for dogs sketch
Big fan of the LOG, went to see them live and they were bloody brilliant. The wife's boss went to school with Mike Gatiss(sp?) and see's him regular so managed to get the autograph's and the wife even got a 30th b'day card from Tubs

They are currently filming at the butchers shop and in the main street in Hadfield, a one donkey village near Glossop where I work. When you've been here a while you can see where they got their inspiration from. According to the film crew it is indeed due for broadcast mid to end of September.
Mr Briss the Butcher is the brother of our secretary at work ,as you can imagine she gets fed up of being asked for the 'special stuff' by all us idiots

But according the the end of the series, Hilary Briss left and was last seen selling his 'special stuff' on a beach in sunnier climes ? Is he back for the new series ?
Anyone remember Pam Doove and her audition for orange juice ?
