Total Gym .......
#1
Before anybody flames me but does anybody use one of those Total Gyms that Chuck Norris (??) advertises ? It is one of those benches with a pulley system where you effectively lift your own body weight rather than weights.
All I want to do is do some resistence exercise to keep fit rather than build muscle. The price is around £150.
Anybody ?

Bought one for my son a few months ago and he uses it daily. Good build quality, really simple operation but very effective. I'm just back from the States and it's the only one being advertised on TV just now, and not just by Chuck Norris - he seems to have a few of his celebrity pals with him in the gym. The only bad news (for us in the UK) is that it's £150 here and $49.95 there! Someone's making a killing ....

Bought a similar one made, by Weider, from Costco for £100 about 2 years ago. Was doing a great job until my daugher was born and i had to change all the bedroom arrangements. Currently looking good up the side of a wardrobe.
I am sure you can get it cheaper on the net!
