I cancelled my license end of last year. For no other reason than I was sick of paying £100’s for nothing but rubbish on tv. About the only thing I was watching with any regularity was the F1 and even then I wasn’t really anymore since Channel 4 removed HD from Freesat not to mention you don’t need a license to watch it on 4OD.

They are already asking for extra funding to fill the ever bigger budget deficit from households scrapping the license.

Must be just me, but I think the rest of the media are making a storm out of this as it's fashionable to bash the BBC. I would have thought that most people don't give a **** about the Diana interview. It's not like her saying there were three people in the marriage was incorrect is it? Should have let Charles marry who he wanted and all would have been avoided. So actually, the blame probably still lies with the 'firm'
