I'm a big fan of Thai food, but you can't beat a good Sunday roast!

the only issue is that you need about 3 litres of water in the night as you dry up like a slug due to the salt content lol

yeah the 3rd meat is minced lamb kofte and its bloody lovely, i keep some in the freezer that my local butcher makes

Anything that’s been prepared/cooked/served properly.

Typically NOT anything from a Chinese buffet: Nothing worse than a mushy load of sickly slop and stale prawn crackers.
Same can be said for typical chain pub Carveries (or pubs that keep it hidden in the kitchen all ‘on the warm‘ for hours on end.

In contrast a proper Thai restaurant and Mum’s sunday roast (only bettered by Gran’s Sunday roast).

Love Indian food but a lot of it is open to interpretation to whoever’s cooking it.

.....Ahh f**k it...butchers *******, mushy peas and chunky chips with gravy

Lol I know you're a big lad... But that's a heart attack on a plate... Or should I say platter.
3 weetabix, banana with a teaspoon of local honey for me, that's after my daily morning light 20 min work out, handful of vitamins washed down with creatine /vitamin c powder.
None of which takes place before a very large strong coffee. 😊
Love a nice roast dinner though but mostly eat curries of
Some description on a daily basis.

Let me just absorb this information . You weigh twice as much as Mike Tyson at his peak And you squat 300kg .
Im glad we got off on the right note , and can i recommend a compound turbo set up .

Lol no I squat 250kg .......I'm on the road to 300kg, all was going well until I threw myself down my stairs and dislocated my shoulder and broke my scapula.

Yes I've always been a big boy but I'm friendly enough, lifes hard enough without making enemies pal.

You can reccomend a set up but at the minute I am spending alot on my house and garden so my impreza is a distant thought right now.

Stayed in Labuan (Island in east Malaysia). The breakfast was a choice of traditional dining by region. In short a European, English or local breakfast. Amazing cuisine. Local was chicken curry on the bone. You can’t beat having a full English followed by a curry for breakfast! Also an amazing part of the world and very very cheap! Presidential suite at the Sheraton hotel for £40 a night! It was some years ago though.
