Why is it that my neighbours have absolutely no regard for my property whatsoever ?
I'm sick of going out in the morning to my car to find that yet again they have reversed their 20 year old Escort into the back of my car removing paint and causing more gouges and scratches
Oil sprayed up the back More scratches
Its not like I haven't spoken (read screamed) at them about it before
I'm moving in a about 5 months, but why should I have to have my car gradually ruined because of their carelesness and blatant disregard for other peoples property ?

claim off there insurance... it would be classed as hit and run... not sure about insurance on private property though...

& IIRC, if you have samples of their paint on your car, this can be analysed to prove that it was their car should they deny everything.
Call your local cop shop to find out where you stand.

I've ranted about this before and it hadn't happened again since I last spoke to them. I will have a look at their car tonight to see if there are any traces of paint.
It is getting to the point where I think I may record the evidence. I just can't wait to move Will have my own garage and drive then. It just seems everybody in the road is just as bad and has no respect for other peoples property

you need video evidence.
I had a local plod analyse paint from a pickup I knew had hit my company car a couple of years ago. Never heard from them, eventually got hold of the plod 8 weeks later (after numerous left messages) and he got a bit shirty with me and said his inspector had decided it wasn't a crime (!) and they didn't have the budget to send the samples to the lab. f*ckers always have time to prosecute for speeding, mind........!
