Scary that when you talk with your wife about erotic underwear and then log in here the adverts are no longer Muslim wives but sexy underwear.

goes to show the phones listen to everything and manipulate what you are seeing.

I must add that I do all searches and mainly use my iPhone. Today I'm on the spare Samsung s7 that the kids use that only has eBay and no searching has been done on it.

Depends on the phone I guess!
Oddly enough you would kind of expect this from Google, but I have a Pixel 2 phone and I don't get target adverts on my conversations even though the phone is always listening because it tells me what song is playing! Maybe its my privacy/advertising settings that stops it using my conversations, or maybe they know as an advertising company, it would alienate too many users! The likes of Apple and Samsung can probably get away with it more as they can shift the blame to Google!
