Council workers...why????
Rude, ignorant, (as in don't know sh*t from a shovel), and obstructive.
WHY?????????????
And before anyone says it, I'm ALWAYS unfailingly polite on the phone, even when things go wrong, as it's often NOT the person on the other end's fault.
But some of the service we have received form North Lincolnshire Council since my wife's illness, is shameful.
