As you can see several of my porch tiles are cracked and sliding off the roof.
is it a matter of just pull the old out and slide in new or are they stuck down?
Aren't they just hooked over / nailed down to batten .
That flashing doesnt look quite right
probably done long before we joined the EU.
i was hope no I could just pull the broken ones out and slide new ones in.
cant see any holes / hooks in the broken ones
flashing should really have a lip folding down over first row of tiles to stop wind driving water up. See and lift a few at the front edge, some might be nailed or not
