Hard to explain , and be careful as you can give ya self spasm if you do it too much.
check , get a pen or the like. fix on its point some arms length . keep fixing on the point as you bring the pen nearer !
bring it close towards ya nose!
when you get double vision on the point, ie see 2 pen points,
you prob can get it back to 1 point if you try and bring it closer.
at the position of 2 pen points that cannot be made back to one, the convergence point
if you r say more that about 5/10 cm from ya nose you may have a prob!
do exercise 2 or 3 times a day 2/3 times each time,
DONT OVER DO IT

It goes out of focus at about 3 inches, but stays as one pen until it *almost* touches me nose! If I keep blinking it stays as one pen until I can touch touch my nose!
