What's my fridge freezer worth?
Just gave it to one of the neighbours instead couldn't be bothered with the hassle

Sold a few on eBay as a punt when I had the kitchens done at mine and my mums. Had £50 for a plain white Liebherr with ice maker, £30ish for a Neff built in and £10 for 20yr old Philips built-in. All collected with little hassle bar the lady that turned up to take it away with a Ford Ka (sorted it with some rope

Loads of people round here dump them outside their house thinking the pikeys will have them.
No, they just cut out the compressor and leave the rest.
That's regardless of it containing R12, R22 ozone depleting gas.
Wish council would fine home owners that did this as they are the ones dumping them outside. When I worked in A/c we'd be hung out to dry if we did that, even working on cars we could be hammered for knowingly allowing R134a to escape...and that's ozone friendly!
