if so, can you look on the menu when your unit last updated please?

Has your subscription run out??
When was the last time you connected it to a PC to do a firmware update??

I pay 3rys up front. Just did it a few weeks ago. But notice the unit said needs to renew subscription.
contacted them and they said the server switch over hasn't fully updated yet and said let them know when my gem updates then they'll add the down time back to my subscription.
So checker the gem and it said last update was 13th March last year!!!!!
