Default line rental reimbursement

all ready had last months ,supposedly, given back to me ( not in cash of course) because totally erratic signal

now no internet - should I get reimbursed for this as well ?

I know theyre "mending" their mast - but honestly last time ever I stay with Vodafone

goodness knows how much business iv lost

our company mobiles are with vodafone and our Edinburgh office sometimes loses signal completely for hours. Vodafone deny there's an issue with their masts, but we did manage to get them to send a techy out with an iPad who mapped the signal in and around our office but obviously there was no signal dropout when he attended. Problem seems to have improved but we still occasionally totally lose signal when other networks are fine.
