Of course if Israel did get transferred to the USA, those Americans forcefully displaced might understand where the Palestinians had been coming from all these years. It would solve a lot of Middle East problems but start a whole lot of new ones in the US.

And what about those that where displaced when the Palestinians moved in?
And what about those that were displaced when the Romans moved in?
Let's not forget the Egyptians, Macedonians and Crusades had a dabble in there too..
As Warran says...enough about the Palastinians.

We're talking about modern times here so those are ill considered comments. You are apparently unaware that the Palestinian Arabs occupied the land now known as Israel for well over 1,000 years, so might fairly be considered to be the indigenous race. Yet the were displaced by force in 1948 to establish the Jewish state, the claim being that this was the ancestral home of the Jews.
This would be similar to the Saxons ludicrously trying to reclaim England, as that had been their home up to the Norman invasion in the 11th century: same time span.

but just before I listened to that I did hear a piece on the radio by Johnathan Freedland where he said that KL suggested Hitler was some sort of pro Zionist - in the "early years"
if that is the case (and I have no reason to dispute it) then it is a really silly/daft thing to say, and he really should know better and be ashamed of it
because that IS propagating Anti-Semite myths
