Thats about 3 miles from me its a 50mph going down to 30mph at those flats

I know that road very well.

Leaving the lights at Chatelherault crossroads its a long straight heading passed the flats where he cashed on the way up to Larkhall.

If no other car was involved, either something has broken on his car or he was driving like an utter bellend
