Gigg's and Neville help out some homeless

hmm, so they moved in and Giggs and Neville couldn't be arsed with fighting them, so publicly made themselves looks good by letting them stay till the work starts?

Now rather than the public hating them for kicking the homeless out, when work starts and they refuse to move, the public will supportive saying well you had a few months.

Not a great act of selfishness is it?

yes, a little cynical though

I am sure they could have sat behind a load of expensive lawyers and said it is out our hands yada yada

and brought a load of planning / health and safety, fire control / insurance issues

 

Yeah i think the exact same thing, they could of fought to get them out but the homeless would claim squatters rights and it would of took a while to get them out anyway, at least like this it makes them look good
