They talked about lambos setting themselves on fire on top gear a few times in the past.

I'm not surprised it caught fire sitting there revving the **** off an already hot engine having ragged it through all that traffic, what a complete bellend.

I notice in the 2nd video it catches fire in exactly the same place I wonder if it's a common problem & if Lamborghini have done anything about it?

Having seen both clips it looks as though there is a problem though maybe not a common one.

Hi,
I believe they might have a system to inject fuel near outlet of exhaust - so that you get nice flames when you rev it.
Obviously this might be a bit of an issue if over used - like in these videos!

Yeah its a common problem, unfortunately its nothing to do with the car but the bellend owners that sit there revving the car!!

Same thing happened to this one!!

Didn't a certain Ferrari model start doing this a few years back too? That was caused by a design fault where (I think) the glue around the rear arches would melt in hot temperatures and catch fire...

But still, rev a car like that and you deserve to be set alight...
