In the article in the Metro the victim said at the end that she would have preferred to have been raped by a man than by this woman. She isn't "in" to women.

Not the first time its happened either, although in those cases the woman DID look like a man!

 

So the charge is effectively sexual assault by deception. Is that an actual criminal offence in this country now?

 

If it is there's men and women all over the world that want dragging through the courts, every weekend there's blokes lying their ***** off to get laid and loads of women wearing designer clothes and tons of makeup to make themselves look like something they're not, Surly that's deception too.
