So the charge is effectively sexual assault by deception. Is that an actual criminal offence in this country now?

If it is there's men and women all over the world that want dragging through the courts, every weekend there's blokes lying their arses off to get laid and loads of women wearing designer clothes and tons of makeup to make themselves look like something they're not, Surly that's deception too. :lol1:
