New budget in July
Is this where we get totally screwed with some new rises? He says it's for the changes he promised before the election but why do we need a budget for that?

They explicitly ruled out tax rises so it will have to be done with "savings" which is simply another term for cuts in (social) services
Where they come from we shall see, I suspect a reduction in "in work benefits" across the board - child benefit, disability benefits etc

It will be to announce the fiscal measures that will enable him to attain his deficit/borrowing targets

Yeah, hopefully to announce reducing the amount claimable in benefits to £23,000pa. Even though that itself is a lot more than a lot of people get paid doing a 40 hour shift. Yet they have to pay their own mortgage/rent.
Hopefully capping child benefits for the first 2 children only. That way it'll deter those popping out babies every year to claim more money.
