I guess if you have multi millions and millions of pounds to your name, a Bugatti or Ferrari F40 is just pocket change.

They can't be that rich! They have not been paying their bills etc and instead of been sent to prison over there, they do one and come back to UK or wherever.
It's a crime to not pay your way over there, zero tolerance, straight in cells for years until court date

One is a Supersport - the guy recently turned down £8m for one.
