Anybody had this issue and resolved it?
Ive tried soft & hard reset, also done various updates from the tomtom website but still the same issue.
Probably going to have to replace it.

I had it once I think, poor fixing on GPS signal - but it would eventually, just took time

An update sorted it (i seem to remember the update was specifically designed to resolve this GPS "fixing" issue)

But I also seem to remember the update fvcked the auto zoom feature (which was then fixed on a subsequent update)

If mines been off for a while (i.e a month) or has gone completely flat, it'll take a good ten minutes to get a GPS signal.

It became like this after an update. All updates since have made no difference
