Would he not like something a bit more suited to a young lad?
Nice but a bit "fuddy duddy" in style don't you think??

That's fair enough..
Can you not insure it as your watch?
If it goes missing, you had it ???

Why take it to uni then? Theft is rife at uni these days.

Nice choice of watch. Makes a refreshing change from the big gordy stuff thats fashionable these days.

Can't help on insurance...I'm still battling out with our home insurance for my stolen stuff.

thanks for the replies, most places wont insure it in his name because he is under 26,what difference that makes i have no idea,he takes it to uni because he is there most of the year and wouldnt get to wear it much othewise, and what is the point of having nice things if you dont use them,
the watch itself has a very nice classic look and is a well built piece of german craftsmanship,i had never heard of them but my son loves it

My Contents Insurance with More>Than covers my son's property while he is at Uni. That includes laptops etc. Single item limit £1000 but more expensive can be added if necessary.

Or he can take out his own More>Than, lots of other suppliers are available.
