Default What shall i do?

I recently bought a turbo off here from asb breakers. I was given a tracking number etc and asb was very quick to answer any emails i sent.

Yesterday after work i checked the tracking number and it said delivered. I asked my mother and checked with the neighbours.. nothing! The delivery time was 8.54 am i was at work and mum taking sisters to school so nobody was in.

I contacted the parcel company and they said they have a signature for the parcel, they were willing to show it me. After seeing it i instantly new thats not mine or anyone in my house hold.

I told them that the signature had been forged either driver or someone else but i dont have a parcel which cost me £550!!

They keep saying they will send the driver around to retrieve the parcel which he still hasnt. But where can he retrieve it from? Is a he a magician?

So what next? I have no parcel, no turbo and ive lost £550

Fuming!

If you paid via paypal just claim the money back, let the breaker sort it out with the parcel firm

I don't fancy his chances much as he has had it signed for at the wrong address.

If this is all legit the driver will realise he's taken it to the wrong house, I'm guessing the courier is being co-operative?

Yeah had the address double checked and Deffinatly the right one. Well they just keep saying there send the driver around which he hasnt turned up yet.

I know for a fact no one was in, so no one could of signed for it.

So who signed it? As its an awful signature.

Who was the courier? I had this problem with Yodel. Thet told me I had personally signed for an item which I hadn't recieved at a time when I wasn't there. It turned up 3 days later at my local Royal Mail sorting office?

Its not your problem, its up to the breakers to send you a replacement or refund asap at no cost to yourself and take it up with the courier company themselves. The courier company will ask you to sign a piece of paper saying you have not recieved it and thats the end of it.

So basically man up, get it sorted and get a replacement or cash back. If the original turns up in the mean time then the braker can get it picked up from your address.

Just opened a PayPal dispute with the breaker so hopefully this gets sorted. At the moment I just want my money back as I have nothing to show for it and have no parcel!

I went to Yodel Leeds with a complaint and I had to wait about 25 mins behind people looking for signed for parcels.

Horrid company.

It's that Allan bellend aka asb again! It's his choice to use a cheap crap courier service or knowing him, sent you another tracking number for another parcel to have one up on you. I woundt trust that ****** 1 bit.
Send your complaint to paypal and don't coserspond with asb directly only via paypal dispute.

Go round to the seller's house and drive your car through his front door. Tell him you'll move it once you have the turbo.

Hope that helps.

Citylink need their door kicked up the hallway. Is there a local depot near you? Go pay them a visit.

Having said that, you didn't get the item you paid for. The seller is ultimately responsible for that.
