Tata Steel Long Products up for sale

TBH this has been coming, and you know MY feelings about TATA Steel whatever they mean for the town........
Perhaps a regime that appoints the best person for a job, rather than from within, might do better?
As an example, ask around...see how many of their "engineers" have any engineering qualification at all......
And the folk in the "glasshouse" that run it.....brown-nosers all.

Now it seems it's impossible to meet these new emissions guidelines unless a £320-500million investment is made on the Coke Ovens.
I'm just glad I've got my trade for when the inevitable happens.
