AHHHHHHHHHH paypal
My goodness paypal are so poor its unavailable. 
Ebay have improved there customer service massively over last few years, easier to speak to them and get things resolved fast
As for paypal, there so bad, i've been trying to access reports on paypal account gives you summary of payments sent and received. Worked few months ago now doesn't. Spent 4 weeks trying to sort this out, phone calls email and still nothing sorted. Had some foreign guy explaining to me what to do over a course of a week, just to find out it wasn't what i was after in the end
He'd misunderstood, ahhhhhhh paypal sort yourselfs out this is insane
