This is why we have to get out of this stupid ECHR accord. It's nothing more than an experiment to see how far the common decent folk in this nation can be pushed by stupid applications of a law that was never designed to help criminals get away with what they have done etc.
I am almost sure there are a load of judges sitting in some chamber somewhere seeing how ludicrously they can use human rights legislation before someone says enough is enough and laughing their heads off at how much we have put up with so far!

Getting out of ECHR - I agree 100%.
Another fine example.
My wife's Mother is currently in a home because she fell and broke her wrist recently.
She's got dementia by the way, and is alone now since husband died a few years ago.
However, today, social services assessed her and said that once the wrist is better, she has to return to her own home.
When they were questioned on the sanity of such an action, they said its against human rights to put her in a home.
They know all the details - for example recently we got a phone call from the police as they picked her up because she was walking down a motorway!
She's not ******* capable of looking after herself you daft bint!

Escaped from hospital recently(while getting wrist fixed), was found wandering around in dressing gown by police.
Has 'lost' keys god knows how many times, that results in a phone call from someone - usually a neighbour(and they must be fed up too)
Seems the social services halfwits don't see past this breach of human rights shyte, and see sense.

"There is no reason why all sex offenders should not be considered as potentially suitable to adopt or foster children, or work with them.
She's completely out of order here, clearly she's managed to grab some headlines though
