I spent an excellent morning at Brands today, courtesy of Toyota. Got to drive a Celica and a Corolla (very embarrassing I know, but more impressive than I had ever imagined!!) around the track (a couple of laps in each myself, then a lap with the instructor - change the trousers job..), a thrash around a 'dynamics' course which was V entertaining , good breakfast, scalextric etc. I hear other manufacturers are doing similar. Whilst it might not have tempted me to trade in the Scooby, my estimation for Toyota has risen many fold, and it must be a great thing for their image (new F1 car etc). Perhaps if Subaru are reading this, and enough people expressed interest, they might be persuaded to do something similar!!??
