Any info would be appreciated....

Parked car in retail complex,parked close to retail unit we where buying from as we had a heavy parcel to carry. I parked in parent and child space.

I did have my daughter with me even though she is in her 20's.

We returned within 6 minutes and a "PCN" was on the window.

I drove over to the guy who was sat in his car handing out the tickets,i asked if he had put the ticket on our car,he replied "yes"..

I gave him the ticket back and said i dont accept that i was doing anything wrong.He accepted the ticket and even said "thank you"..


I dare say im gonna get the trail of paperwork through the door at various intervals,but ultimately do i "HAVE" to pay this ?

I think it was UKCPR or UKCPS on the ticket... Little silver Corsa with ANPR in yellow plastered all over it.

Any constructive info ?

We was definatley not 10 minutes... i also handed back the PCN within 2 minutes of issue..lol..

I park in parent & child spaces all the time if I've got one of them with me, even though they are 25 & 27

as far as I know there is no upper age limit, and I don't think they are legally enforceable anyway, not like Disabled spaces.
