OH, BOLLOX!
Just turned up 2 hours early for a hospital appointment this morning!
Turns out I put my clocks BACK 1 hour last Sunday and it should have been 1 hour FORWARD

In that 12h00 became 11h00 instead of 13h00 and therefore you're 2 hours behind the real time - nearly funny though.
