OH, BOLLOX!
Just turned up 2 hours early for a hospital appointment this morning!
Turns out I put my clocks BACK 1 hour last Sunday and it should have been 1 hour FORWARD

Nah, I was 2 hours early ........ the Nurse didn't see the funny side .......

In which case it has nothing to do with the clocks changing last weekend nor you putting yours back an hour instead of forwards
