uprated crank set
shimano quick release clip pedals
uprated Avid Juicy 7 brakes
a few other bits done too but cant remember

this was bought at the beginning of last year and has been used twice since and if you were to buy new now and add the uprated parts i have done this would cost well in excess of £1100!!

looking for £450 but am always open to offers and can supply pics tomorrow and will put some on this thread

frame is 17" and i'm 5'9" and its perfect for me

also has specialized bar end grips on, neoprene fork protectors, neoprene head bearing protector, top peak seat bag think theres other bits but at a quick glance noticed all those things

and i'm based in norfolk but could meet somewhere further if needs be
