Don't forget the Charity Slant of the "BIG ONE" remember to collect donations prior to coming to the final venue, this will prevent me from having to go round hundreds of people asking for money and being told that the partner/ codriver has already contributed

Literally, stick the money in a A3 envelope, mark on it which convoy it's from and then come and find me. I have arranged for all the envelopes to be kept safely in the pub for the duration of the day (Didn't fancy keeping it on me or in me scoob).

I will then post on the BBS that night as to the grand total raised

Pity we did'nt anticipate the weather, a barbecue would be the easiest way of feeding everybody!

 

That would have to be one MONSTER BBQ! If I had a five door I could fit a mini-BBQ in the back of it . But I don't so I can't . I like the idea though .
