Hey Subaru Nuts

My name is Matt Cooper, I am 15 years old and for the last year or so I have put my time into organising a car show.
After the year, I have finally been granted permission by Wellesbourne C.E Primary School, Warwickshire, to use the school playing field as the venue for the car show.
My reason for writing to you is to enquire if your club would be interested in showing there cars and premoting the the club.
The date is the 20th July 2008 and it is free to show your cars, unless you would like a trade stand, which starts from £5.
All ticket money and trade stand money goes to charity.
Also, a friend and myself who run a very entrepading car valeting business should be able to wash cars on the day, we will donate a large amount of money to charity also.

Cars should start to arive at 8:30 am, show ends and 17:30.

Having run car shows myself in the past, have you looked into the cost of public liability insurance..?

It's not in my neck of the woods, but all the best and good luck.

 

No, but the event is going to be marshaled and the local police are going to be there

 

already have a carshow on the 20th but good luck with your carshow

You bet we are Matt can you let us know what time you want us there please, i have around 10=12 cars coming from Subaru Central for you, so we would need enough space for these plus our Gazebo in Case it's raining

Hi there young matt, I think this is an excellent idea mate. Problem is my car is in a bit of a state at the minute, as an example the ballasts for my xenon lights are cabled tied in! But like to attend and meet some scooby owners.

However, would be willing to put the car up if you promise I dont have to raise the bonnet! haha.

Anyway, could you send me the details of the show, location and time etc. Cheers mate, looking forward to it.

But i reckon most will arrive already polished but if it's yuk weather and roads messy you may well have a que of scoobs but we normally would detail them on arrival see you at there at 8.30 - 8.45 You may just hear us arrive

 

Well that sounds great, but as it sounds like your going to have plenty of better scoobs on show then ill just come and ogle over them! Mine just a boring black bugeye, you can see it in view my scooby.

But ill have a car clean for charity, I tip well too
