Need some help, phone line went down Sunday, didn't realise till yesterday, thinking it was the phone, brought new one only to find its a problem on the line, called NTL/Virgin now and its next Tuesday before they can have a look

So wondering if there's any one here, or does someone have a mate whose an engineer who could pop round have take a look for me.

our NTL/Virgin BB beeen going slow over the last few weeks, Its now showing PAGE CAN'T BE DISPLAYED.... etc. so no net access!!!


we've now cancelled with Virgin/NTL (going off 7th Nov, but we've not had it on for weeks!)

So we now have BT broadband being fitted instead


i think NTL/Virgin are having a few problem, i couldn't even get though to the help line, it kept going engaged then phone went down!!
