OK this is it the official thread for THE event on the ESC calendar
It's time for the annual ESC Tunnel Run
If you've never been before it is one of the biggest events of the year and last year we had Scooby owners from as far afield as Cornwall and Birmingham
Last year we had at least 130 cars including the mad, bad Zen Performance machine
We take in the dartford tunnel, limehouse link and blackwall tunnel. A quick stop at McDonalds and then back again.
Bring a map because someone gets lost every year
A route will be posted shortly.........

Welcome along mate, keep reading the main thread in the ESC section. It will be mainly names being added for the time being but the route will be posted up shortly.
It would really help if you had a walkie talkie to be honest.
Try and organise a cruise down from where you are it is all part of the fun.

, I will try and get Zen , the northampton lot 
, and the Birmingham lot . .SCCE ALL THE WAY . ..TO join this Event thats getting bigger and better every time. A nice little convoy is in order.. maybee wimpy and his lot will meet up on the way like last time ..
Just copy and paste the list and add your names.......

ricardo_wrx - so i take it your not gonna put your name down then.....?????? , Just forget how far it is and come along , you know you dont wanna miss a great night., hopefully theres gonna be a few more names from Birmingham ,Leicester , Nottingham , Northampton , Milton keynes , Bedford and surrounding areas. Sorry we wont be able to make it along to this. We will be in Cyprus on a veeeeeeeeeeery long awaited holiday and the car will be on a holiday of it's own.

Ok here we go!
We will be meeting at the Crows Nest car park for 5pm ready to leave at 5:15pm. We will convoy to South Mimms services and should arrive there at around 6pm. We will be meeting the guys coming down from Midlands and Nottingham as we did last year. We will aim to leave South Mimms for around 7pm and convoy over to Essex getting in some practice with the 2 tunnels on the M25. We should arrive at Lakeside for around 8pm. Then the FUN starts.

Important note.
As you know we are using this event as a fund raiser for our favourite charity. The Essex Air Ambulance.
Last year we were able to raise over £500 for them thanks to everyones generous donations (and Vegas' employers HSBC
This year we will once again asking for donations. Its not an entrance fee but we will be standing at the entrance with our collecting buckets
Nothing is compulsory, its all entirely voluntary but we would like to achieve something in the region of £5-00 per car. Most of you will have passengers so this shouldn't be too difficult. Any loose change would be appreciated so bring your loose change pots with you
Remember to keep lots of spare £1-00 coins for the tunnel though
