Count me in, I don't think I have made any prior arrangements.
Has anyone got a Dawes device I can borrow / buy please? If so can you bring it with you.
Worked out that this will isolate my boost problem down to the control side or the turbo / intercooler side. It runs ok with the pipe to the boost solenoid blocked off, but only develops low boost (poss 0.5 bar, need to get a gauge) so the problem could onlly be at higher (normal) boost levels.

Si is on hols in Cyprus.
I will not be able to make this meet as i will be in the Caribbean.
Would love a run out or a meet of some sort after Nov 18th though with the usual lot as it may be my last for some time. Meir tunnel will have to be done!
I may have to garage the scoob untill i find a new job. I was made redundant a few weeks ago
Anyone got any automotive engineering roles in stafford and surrounding?
Laters

Lee, what are ya looking for mate.....bugeye?
Probably not the best time for selling but not a bad time for trading in as dealers get a little quieter approaching the xmas period.
Quite a few tasty motors there at the mo including an overpriced UK300 bugeye. Don't imagine that they'll offer any more than 5.5-6k at most.
Whatever you do, make sure you discuss the mods 'cause you won't get any more for the car with them on.
Do what Oat did at Jag, part-ex and remove mods and sell them on here.
Si.
ps: Andy, Tenerife was hot and not as cheap as I remember....glad to be home and had a good drive home last night in the wagon......

Not going to make this one guys, the scooby is off the road. The radiator has sprung a big leak! Just got the brakes sorted, and now this! A new one is on its way but wont be here till next week. Sigh, more bloody expense.

I'll be stopping over in Derby again, going to a fireworks show then pubs / clubs Saturday night then stopping over at a mates house, so I'll be there with the usual Sunday morning hangover!
Will be bringing Mrs Speedydaveb also as co-pilot!

Can't make this run as I'm working. Hope you have a steady run out..
Ricardo, I think the run is to a pub in Derby where they meet up with an other meet.
Big scoob, Has your bro managed to get a price on them Toyo Proxi's?? Had a bit of a blast into work in the rain this morning and it is getting a bit scary with my sh*t front tyres??
