Warning - South Birmingham
Yesterday, whilst taking a scenic route past a few overly decorated houses, on route to the pub, I noticed a Citroen Xantia very, very close to my back bumper. For once I decided against flooring it, but to annoy the person by doing exactly 30mph.
The Citroen proceeded to follow me through some residential roads, at which point I got concerned and decided to head to the nearest Police Station. As I reached the Police Station, I slowed to emphasize to this "nutter" following me, where we were... and to my surprise, the Citroen turned into the Station car park.
Yep - the Old Bill, deliberately tail gating me to goad me into speeding.
So, watch out - if you see a dark blue (I think) Xantia very close behind you, don't be tempted to razz off.

No - not worth the aggro with them. I'd only end up being victimised by the rest of them... my car isn't exactly invisible like a Mondeo might be.
Just pi**ed me off that they use such underhand tactics.

Funny you should mention this.
Out on my lunch break ( in Redditch ) and passed a dark coloured Citroen Xantia.
The only reason it caught my attention was the fact the two guys in the front were wearing yellow illuminous jackets. This was at about 1:00pm.
Could just be a coinsidence or could be the same car.

Just waiting to get his licence back. I have had a couple of problems in the past, a letter to the big cheese usually sorts it out.
