........how about a nice steady cruise over to Chester one Sunday afternoon?
I'm sure we can round up another 20 scoobs for a run and a bite to eat.
Shall we say the second Sunday in September, and we'll all bring the other halves and kids this time.
Some nice motors there tonight followed by a nice spirited run to Eccleshall ( which reminds me that I must get some morettes, mine are ****e!!!!!).
Nice to see so many people turn up that said they would!
So, who's up for a run to Chester?

We gatecrashed your meeting tonight for a few minutes - didnt find out anyones names just a short visit as I live near to Loggerheads. I'm still the owner of the black vectra 2.6 V6 SRi, but only 'til wednesday when I get my new impreza.
Is it ok if I join you on the run to Chester ?

PS: seen one of you a coupke of weeks ago on dual carriage way nr tern hill, a volvo spoilt it all for us on the bend !

Hi all! Great turn out at loggerheads, nice to finally meet you all.
Morretes on your scooby skoosh is a great idea, they really give the car a more aggressive look.
scottste, nice choice of motor buddy, look forward 2 avin ya on bored, u'll av the top scooby there lol, as long as u wait for us slower scoobs lol.
Chester is a great idea skoosh, what u want 2 do, meet mid morn then go somewhere for lunch and then go for a steady drive afterwards? Some nice roads that way.

Blitz, don't know about Chester yet, depends what anybody else suggests I suppose.
Glad you guys could keep up last night, in hindsight, probably not the safest thing to do, driving around the country on dark strange roads, good fun though, pity about the weather though.
Defo ned morettes, but it means face-lifting the front end and I can't afford that with a baby on the way, so have to suffer I'm afraid unless those road-angel lights are any good? I think they'll fit onto a pre-facelift scoob?

Got mine from impreziv(www.impreziv.co.uk) but all the tuning companies do them. Price wise you're looking at £100 plus p&p.
Also they come with the orange bulbs so if you want the silver ones you're looking at about another £40-£45.

skoosh, you only need a new style grille to go with your morettes & itll look fine..
if i could be arsed to search theres a thread somewhere off deanf with a pic of his morrettes/new grill on a classic, if i get bored & find it ill send the link...
