I'm at a loose end this weekend (16-17 Aug) and was wondering if anyone knows of anything happening in the area ? (Lincoln ish)

What about Woodhall Spa, The Abbey Lodge, I have to check opening hours on Sunday but will confirm. Plus there is a Karting track no so far away if anyones up for it ?

I should have done my homework, it seems the Abbey Lodge is closed on Sundays !
Kevin - Was it you I saw last Thursday around Waddington area 6pm ish (me in Red Classic)

Hello you lot hows it hangin? Just popped over from the other side to see if any of you boys and girls want to come out to play??? I will post details at later date. This weekend the lads and I are at Castle combe but we are normaly out and about on a sunday. So if any of you fancy turning some yocal heads let me know. Should be good to see some scoobs and evo's together if you can hadle it (gauntlet,floor make a sentance)

I give up, I've just driven half way across Lincolnshire to The Abbey Lodge in Woodhall Spa, and guess what... it closes at 2.30pm until 6.30pm. Anyone got any ideas, it seems I have chosen the only pub in Lincs thats never open !
The time and date suits me fine, just need a pub that opens at weekends, with a car park & maybe a bit of a bar snack (is it too much to ask).

Nick n Jewels, sorry you can't make it, you will have to arrange something in your neck of the woods next time. (there are some good roads between Horncastle and Louth !!)

I'm up for it, the Abbey Lodge at 12 noon.
Directions (if required) :-)
When you get to Woodhall Spa keep going until you approach a mini roundabout (you will hit this from all directions). On the corner is a Late night shop and next to that an antique (junk) shop with loads of old rubbish outside on the path, go down that road with the antique (junk) shop on your right hand side (signpost Coninsby, Tattershall) keep going as if you are leaving Woodhall. Once you get to the edge of Woodhall you will see a sign for Kirkstead, the Abbey lodge is a couple of hundred yards on the right (don't go steaming round the sharp left hander !).
By the way if you are coming from Lincoln way through Martin, beware of the long straight road after Martin, very very bumpy and it will scare the sh*t out of you if you go too quick !! (you'll end up bouncing into one of the fields either side).
