Thanks to everyone for coming to the show on Sunday.
Hope you had a good time.
Weather was fantastic again, (possibly too sunny)
I spoke to many new people, and saw some old faces.
I did a count at about 12:00 ish and it was 87!!!
There were many more turning up, so we guess that close to 100 were there on the day.
We had by far the biggest presence there than any other club, plus we beat the EVO's.
I spoke to the guy from Japanese Performance Magazine, who was well impressed with the Scooby turn out, so there may be a bit of a write up and some pictures.
[Non smug mode on]
We also managed to get a dozen or so Impreza's into the arena for the Subaru class.
I won (And I wasn't even going to bother)
Darren came runner-up
Most of you had gone by the time the Best Car at Show judging was under way, this was made up of all winners of their classes.
I went up for a joke........ and won Best Car at Show
They also did a best club award, pretty miffed that we didn't get it seeing that we had the biggest presence, the Honda and Toyota clubs won that.
I will also be doing a write up for True Grip.
Yet again thanks for coming, and I will hopefully see you at next years show.

Craig,
Cheers for the meet, it fitted very well with our normal Derby?notts meet.
Just remember I didn't enter my car !!!
Don't forget to mention me in the True Grip article You don't need to mention Gridlock Mikey (Says joking and laughing very loud)
hopefully see you again soon

muddy: A good day had by all M8
See you again at JAE Billing, might have my own gazebo by then, saving hard for it.
Really could do with a Banner for the front of it
