Is there anybody on here from clifton in nottingham??
Seems to be loads of them here but dont know if the're on the board?

Also work Beeston way, but live on north side of Nottingham. Keep an eye out for a local meet and pop along to it.

ive spied a couple in clifton, I live very close myself 
, but I dont drive a scoob, the two ive noticed most are one with a red "bi-plane" spoiler on that I drive to work past on a wednesday, and theres a silver WRX (on an "L" plate I think) which always seems to have a young couple of guys in, that ive spotted a couple of nights when using the petrol station near that big block of flats.

Thay guy is a full on mentalist, he does'nt seem to have anything amusing out there anymore though

Yep thats the missus while I'm at work.
And as for the strange one, I think he's grown up a bit now.
Just like to add, that in the past few weeks I have reports from friends saying there seems to be a lot in our area buying scoobs!

Just recieved my new vf28 turbo today. Just got to wait till july (my birthday) when the missus said I can have the gems ecu(1400 quid!!!) just got to find some 550 injectors now so I can have 350 bhp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and she's running very nice m8.

350bhp ****!!!! whats it running at now? hopefully if i get an import it will be 270 - 280 bhp already....i will **** me sen!!! From 90 bhp in me corsa to 270 bhp in a scooby

Its a uk only around 250 at the moment, I bought it with 270 but it was on a super chip and I wanted the proper job doing to her.
Still does 0-60 around 4.9 secs though.

I would hate to think what you will be getting when your pushing 350 bhp?? thats some serious speed! Theres some nice scoobys in clifton at the mo....Have you seen the K reg sonic Blue WRX? Thats ment to be pushing on 280 bhp. Think i will leave me scobby standard for a while just get a nice kit for it from MRO. Insurance is killer as im only 21 but its gonna be worth it in the end!!

Talking to one of his mates he said it was running 275 ish and I said how has he got full decat and had a remap and he said no thats how much power all the imports have got.
He doesn't seem to know much then does he. Early K reg wrx had only 240 bhp and if his is standard apart from the back box then thats what he's got.
280 bhp didn't appear until 97/98.
Youll find that most people who dont really know these cars tend to say that they've got 280, but we know different, if he's happy then so am I.
I also heard that he paid 7k for it because it was blue??????????

Its a nice colour but i wouldnt pay 7k for it tho!! He will soon be shown up when he trys to race a N reg or up Scooby and gets wasted.....
