Hi all,
Just a quick post to let you know what is happening with your input and comments from the last meet on the 2nd March.
The general concensus regarding the running of the meets was:
1) Set a regular monthly date (i.e 3rd Sunday in the month)
2) Give plenty of notice
3) People would rather be given an agenda to follow for the days activity rather than turn up and find out what was planned
4) Variety of activities. Meeting in a pub car park for 3 hrs is dull!! Let's be right about it
Over the next few days I will post a list of the most popular activities and also the best time of the month (Steady now ladies
) to pitch the meets at. I will then with the help of Steve and Charlie Whiskey put together something resembling a schedule of planned activities throughout the spring and summer.
In the mean whilst, meet to your hearts content and have a blast

Sounds good, give me a shout and we could do something for the April Meet I have posted. Just thought I would post something early to get a good response as with the 2nd.
