The Big Staffordshire Treasure Hunt!!!!!

Date? Sunday 20th October 2002
Venue? on email only *
Time? Between 9am and 11am - preferably no later than 11/11:30am
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TIMED EVENT, purely navigational.
So.........the format? It's a NEW one
# Morning start - between 9am and 11am for staggered starts.
# Briefing will now be on a one to one basis dpeending on how many are present at each given time, route will then be handed out along with treasure hunt sheet
# Loop 1 (The Treasure Hunt itself) with "check/help-point"
# Midday to early afternoon stop at pub for lunch.
AFTER LUNCH:
# Option A - to do the long loop in the second part of route to the 3/4 stop off point - the route is fecking awesome and long!!!!
# Option B - to do a smaller loop to 3/4 stop off point - which is just as good but doesn't quite have that edge
#Option C - a more direct route to the 3/4 stop off point.
# Stop off if the weather is nice to get an ice-cream (optional) at a "catch up point"
# Gentle warm down run to end pub where you can get a late afternoon meal and the "Awards" ceremony
# Finally, see how much we have raised!!!!! Extra donations welcome

* To join the emailing list, you either need to put your email address up or email either myself, ChrisB or Chrisp in order to have your name added.
All monies collected will go to a charity in honour of Nick Wild. I will have a sheet where I will record all monies given so I can account for everything given to me

Okay the three people who wanted to be on the list on here I have added and shoudl recieve a welcom email from the group. You can read the archives on the details so far. I will send a updated message tonight with all details that chelle has already said.

Right, I have added loads more peeps to the list, our largest number of members to date
Let's spread the word and make this a massive meet and get lots of money raised.
The money will be going to Hope Hospital Intensive Care Unit in Manchester where Nick was cared for in his final hours.
