MSOC to INCARNATION 1000 BRIGHTON - SUN 29th APRIL
Hi Peeps,
As we have been kindly invited by Wimpy it would great to get the club down to Brighton for a day at the seaside.
Event. Ace Cafe & Fueltopia bring you InCarNation 1000.
Date. 29th April 2012.
Cost. FREE ENTRY.

guys just to let you know clubs need to be in brighton for 8.00am
there are 8 car clubs meeting at ace cafe for 6.30am to leave for 6.45am in case you would like to join.
route is a40, m25, m23 down to brighton

unfortunately this year all clubs must be there by 8.00am and those arriving any later than 8.45 will not be allowed to park up.
Darren, the organizer has gone very strict this year, and i have the unfortunat task of going around the forums informing everyone of convoys from the cafe and strict timings of this years paddock cars.

def be worth still going mate! and who knows you might still get through but from Darren the ace cafe event organiser has said, gate for entrance for shows cars shut at 8.45am, theyre only open for 45mins to allow everyone in then madeira drive is fully shut, and clubs then have a furhtur 45mins to organise their cars etc for the 10am general public opening

Not chancing getting down there and having nowhere to park - it's too early for a relaxing day out at the weekend with the family, I'd have to be out of bed at 5:30.

Right guys stand by. As joint organisers with the ace we have not been told this at all. It does not open till 10am to the public so I will have a chat with Darren to see where this has come from and get back to you. I will say this the sea front will be very empty if this did happen. I was at a meeting with Darren from the ace on thursday down in Brighton for a site visit and that was never mentioned. All that was said is the 20 car max has been lifted and thats a good thing as many clubs have over 40 cars on there lists. Will update as soon as i know

Right panic ye not. Just got off the phowith Darren from the ace. The gates will not shut at 08:45. All he is asking is can clubs have there cars on site for 09:30 to alow 30 minutes for everything to be sorted for 10:00. If you are running late and dont get there for 09:30 don't worry you will not be turned away but all cars must e on stand for when the gates open at 10:00. So no need to worry.
